“ Their food is simply perfect we had the 71 spicy soup (not a Pho, but similar, Mi Quang) with tofu and vegetables and the 22 bbq prawn viet noodle salad (great if you don’t like spicy). All fresh vegetables and extremely fragrant and flavoursome. We loved it! ”

“ We had a lovely time at the restaurant. The lady who served us, who may be the owner, was absolutely lovely. We have the mixed starter for two, salt and pepper squid, home duck pho, grilled pork pancake and sesame prawn toast. The grilled pancake wasn’t my cup of tea BUT I had never tried it before so I didn’t know what to expect but I’m glad to have tried it. The Vietnamese crispy rolls on the starter was different to ones I haven’t tried so wasn’t my favourite out of all the food but still love it. The lady was lovely, the food was piping hot when served, the lady was attentive and the restaurant was extremely clean including the toilets. Thank you for having us. Next time we will have dessert lol. ”

“ portions were huge, options were varied but not so massive that quality was at risk. vegan, vegetarian, gluten etc. labelling was clear. staff were friendly and helpful. service relatively fast. overall we had 4 delicious meals and 4 lovely drinks. we left with full bellies and left overs and I can't wait to come again ”

“ Wow what a lovely place to go for dinner they are dog friendly if you’re hound is well behaved as in all places, our cockapoo just sat under the table by my legs and never made a sound. The restaurant gave a bowl of water for her. Very impressed with the customer service and the food was 100% fantastic. It’s a 3 hour drive for us but we are going to be returning. We haven’t had such excellent food in a while very impressed! ”

“ First time eating here and won’t be the last. I chose House of Phǒ for my birthday as I’d never eaten Vietnamese food before and have passed the restaurant on hundreds of occasions and always wanted to try it. I was not disappointed. The restaurant was clean and well presented. The menu was extensive and the staff are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the food. After choosing our dishes the food arrived promptly and perfectly cooked. The Shaking Beef I ordered was cooked to perfection and I didn’t say that lightly. The icing on the cake (no pun intended) was during the meal the staff learned it was my birthday and unprompted brought out a dessert complete with candle for me and proceeded to sing happy birthday. A pleasant surprise indeed. I cannot praise the whole experience enough. This restaurant is a real gem that I am pleased to have finally found. We will return soon without doubt.
